Google This salon is amazing! As well as being very beautiful, it is super clean, extremely hygienic, and the team are professional and welcoming. Their services are also very reasonably priced. I had a deluxe pedicure which was perfect. After looking for a long time for a decent nail salon, this is definitely my go to place.

That is entirely our fault and we take full responsibility. However would like to clarify that our prices have been listed beforehand. Google I was a regular customer (since opening). I went in today without an appointment. Lux nails agreed to see me. I waited over 2.5 HOURS for a full set before being asked by staff to wait at least 20 more minutes!!!! I said to Lucy (owner) that I am going to a party so can’t wait any longer. She shrugged and carried on with her work. No care for regular customers at all. Some of the people working here look very young. They are also cash only business. All a bit strange. When I said is this how to treat a regular customer, she said “Everyone is regular customer”. WILL NEVER COME BACK and will let my family and friends know.

Despite the busy schedule we still tried our best to accommodate you by doing your mother's nails first and preparing to serve you right after. Making an appointment in advance helps ensure smooth service and reduces waiting times for all our customers. Google I came to Lux nails and spa for a new salon, I was very optimistic as the photos I had seen looked great...DO NOT BE FOOLED. it took the staff 2.5 hours to complete a simple French manicure every half hour I would have a new person doing my nails which wouldn't have bothered me however not one of the staff members had the decency to make me aware about the switch in staff they just walked away whilst my nails were wet. Now i'm not one that usually complains however when I feel like i'm a nuisance I simply draw the line. DO NOT COME
