Lazy and greedy. I got a pathetic manicure which only consisted of my cuticles being cut, not pushed back, nails weren’t filed properly not even buffed, even made me lotion my own hands I’m sure it involves a decent hand massage? Anyway my money was wasted here I got white tips shellac already started peeling same day since it wasn’t filed properly I assume. I blame myself only went there because it’s always empty, now I know why. Don’t waste your money

They made really bad my nails, they just cut them withouth ask. After a few days my nails still hurting and they broke from inside of the acrylic, in addition they put tips even if I disntt want them!!!! To finish the guy went to the bathroom (I hear the flush) and then he came out withouth wash his hads 🤮🤮🤮

I had the worst service of my life here. I arrived with my natural nails grown for over three months, and the technician immediately cut them without explaining why. They filed my finger with the electric drill, causing pain, and didn’t even apologise or check if I was okay.

During the process, one of my nails chipped while they were using the drill, and again, no apology or concern. The procedure itself was completely unprofessional — they didn’t use dehydrator or primer and applied the colour directly.

I repeatedly pointed out that the effect I asked for wasn’t being done properly, as you could clearly see the base colour around the edges and near the cuticle. In the end, they just said, “pick another colour,” without trying to fix it.

On top of that, they charged an extremely high price for a service that is absolutely not worth it.

Do NOT go there unless you want to damage your nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for over five years, and I have never had such a horrible experience anywhere.

Horrible place, my nails hurts after he touch them, he didn't make what I ask for, he didn't give any solutions about the horrible mess that he leave. At the begginig he just cut my nails even without explain what he will do. PLEASE DONT GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD SERVICE!!! I WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME HERE
