Wouldn’t recommend. Took my daughter for her first haircut here. 2 minutes max, charged us £30 lol. There isn’t a need to stretch treatment out for the sake of it, but an absolute pisstake. Charging the equivalent of £900 an hour for a 2 year old is nuts. The stylist was nice enough, he wasn’t the problem. It’s the business itself. Won’t be going back and do not recommend this place at all

I had such an incredible experience at this nail salon—it honestly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere that immediately made me feel relaxed and welcome. The space itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a calm, luxurious vibe that made the whole visit feel like a treat.

The staff were not only professional but genuinely kind and attentive. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and paid amazing attention to detail. You can really tell they care about their work and their clients.

My nails turned out absolutely perfect—clean, precise, and beautifully finished.

Great experience and perfect nails.

I left feeling pampered, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit.

This place is truly a diamond which I've been using for my hair for the past 5-6years and haven't looked elsewhere since!! I'm very fussy and particular with who touches my head after previously having bad experiences at other places- Its such a beautiful satisfying feeling knowing I can literally sit with comfort in that chair, eyes closed even and completely trust that Jan & her team will always create magic!!

Customer service is second to none, Jan and her whole team are so lovely and humble - they really care about their customers and are very easy to talk to - she's upfront, open and honest about what she can and would not do so that it doesn't cause any long term damage - for example I have whole head colour with an amazing balayage and my hair is straight naturally - I really wanted to get a curly perm done but Jan educated me with the long term effects it may have "tasha I can do it but because your hair is bleached and coloured it may make it dry and brittle, the upkeep is a lot too for your hair" - I still thank her for this as others were quick to say yes fine no problem...I like low maintenance quality styles - I get many compliments from strangers too regaeding my hair which is a great feeling and I owe it all to Jan and her team. They really get to know your hair and do whats best for it, their experience in the hair and beauty industry cannot be faulted, and she continues to professionally train herself and her team on new ways and techniques which I absolutely LOVE!!! They always remain current in the trends and techniques.

I could continue writing so much about diamond hair and beauty shooters hill... just want to say a BIG THANK YOU for making me feel amazing everytime when walking out the salon smiling and flicking my hair in style.

Definitely will be using them going forward for the next 10 - 20 - 50 years.. God willing this business remains and flourishes even more.

I have been a returning customer for many years. I get my hair cut and brow wax. I always leave feeling happy. Jan (owner) is patient and listens to your needs and communicates well during the cut. I think the prices are very reasonable for the personalised service you get.
I have also tried lash lift and laser hair removal services. Great salon!

I had my nails done by Trinh and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly talented, precise, and pays so much attention to detail. I showed her my idea and she absolutely exceeded my expectations, the shape, design, and finish are flawless.
Trinh is also so gentle, patient, and professional, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. My nails look stunning and feel strong and well done, not rushed at all.
If you’re looking for a nail technician who truly cares about quality and delivers beautiful results, I highly recommend Trinh. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with: Beyza and Gulden at Diamond Hair! Finding someone who truly understands how to care for extensions can be difficult, but from my very first appointment, I knew I was in the right place. I have sewn-in extensions, which require specific care, and she knows exactly how to handle them with such expertise and attention to detail.

The way Gulden washes my hair in between the extensions is incredible. She’s so thorough, making sure that my natural hair and scalp are fully cleansed without disrupting the extensions. Every wash feels like a luxury experience, she takes her time, sectioning carefully, and paying close attention to get right between the tracks. I can tell she understands the importance of cleaning the scalp to avoid any buildup, and it makes such a difference in how my hair feels and looks afterward. My scalp feels so refreshed, and the extensions always look as good as new.

She’s also so knowledgeable about the right products and techniques for extension care. The products she uses leave my hair soft and hydrated, without weighing it down. I trust her completely with my extensions because she’s always so gentle, yet efficient, in handling them. I leave every appointment feeling like my hair is at its absolute best, fresh, clean, and healthy-looking. Don't even get me started out good flat straight style she does on my hair as I don't like volunteer as I have too much hair... I love ittt!!!

For anyone with extensions looking for a hairdresser who genuinely knows how to wash in between them properly, Both, Beyza and Gulden are the one you need. Can’t recommend her enough for her skill, care, and the attention she puts into every wash and style!

I got my nails and hair done, and the whole team was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. My French tips look so beautiful and elegant, with amazing attention to detail.
