Google I treated myself to a complete makeover today with a fresh re-style and colour. The stylist was spot on with what would suit my face shape. She even explained how she did my blowout at the end because I'm not very good at doing my own hair. I had a couple of beauty treatments with no issues. The salon was really clean and staff were really friendly.
Owner Response:
We’re delighted you had a great experience with us. Your feedback means a great deal to the whole team.

Google Rudest staff ever, haven’t got a clue.
Owner Response:
Hi Lavender Lady, we’re sorry to read this feedback. We genuinely do not recognise your name or recall an experience matching your review, as the vast majority of our clients leave happy and positive feedback about both our team and service.
We also noticed your previous review activity appears to be based in Kettering, so we are unsure whether you may have reviewed the wrong salon in error.
If you have attended Aspire Hair & Beauty, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to understand your concerns and resolve them properly. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can look into this further
we have noticed there is a salon in Kettering called. https://www.aspirehairwithbeauty.co.uk. this is not us we are based in Charlton London.
