I was highly disappointed with my experience here.

The waiting time over 2 hour with no communication whilst I was waiting from Amy. Wasted my time and inconvenienced my whole day!

Other women walked in after me and got attended to whilst I was neglected and forgotten about.

I calmly and quietly expressed my dissatisfaction to Amy after she finished my nails and she was so aggressive and unprofessional. She shouted at me to get out which hurt my feelings, I was shocked to be treated like this being a loyal customer.

She needs to learn how to speak to her customers, She doesn’t listen, she has poor communication and time management. She didn’t even apologise or offer any compensation nothing!!

She has lost a loyal customer. I would not recommend or come back ever again.

I’ve been going to Tips and Toes for years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust any other nail salon with my nails or feet. From day one, their service has been consistently amazing.
Every appointment feels relaxing, and I always leave feeling confident and happy with my nails.
I’ve never had a bad experience here, which is rare. Whether it’s a simple set or something more detailed, they always deliver exactly what I want (and sometimes even better!).

Haven’t been back to this salon for a while but I thought to give it a try again…well I was absolutely disappointed again. I came in with a design that they said they could do(see pictures below) I started to feel bad as I was telling the nail technician too many times she had to fade better the colours together, then I could feel she was maybe complaining to her colleagues in her native language…if you can’t do it just say it! Don’t use your clients as a trial. They also are super thick and crooked. Just terrible experience. I must say I got a pedicure that day too and that came out nicely BUT if I didn’t say anything he would have applied a layer of shellac on top of my old one! Honestly this was the last time. Lesson learned.

I’ve been going here for the past year. Sometimes having simple cat eye, sometimes design but every time it’s been very good. Sets last long and the quality is there. I’ve tried many salons but feel like best pedicures are right here! Definitely recommend

Got my nails did and the guy was rushing so much. He trimmed my nails haphazardly so I had to ask for him to cut it more. He was filing the edges of my nails so fast and rough it was hurting I had to ask for him to slow down. The overall shape of my nails are not uniform, the nails have different shape on the edges. I had to ask him to repaint the tip bc it was showing the nail colour underneath. I felt awkward asking to fix things repeatedly but it was so rushed he kept forgetting to do small things. When it went to paying they said cash only or bank transfer, I said I will bank transfer and the guy said it’s £2 extra to bank transfer- this is such a weird and bizarre charge. I’ve never heard of anyone charging for a bank transfer. Overall, I wish he spent more time perfecting the nail shape as I am not satisfied. I felt like there wasn’t an opportunity to have a look at my nails properly and ask for changes because they were asking me to get up and sit somewhere else so the next person can start their nails- bare in mind my nails have barely dried…. Wouldn’t go back

disappointing experience. I had a booked appointment, not a walk-in, and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes. After that, I was seated at the table for another 15 minutes with no one properly attending to me.

Things felt very unorganized three different people worked on my nails, which already didn’t inspire confidence. The man who finished them had a terrible attitude. Every time I asked a simple question or made a suggestion, he would roll his eyes and act irritated, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

On top of that, I’m really unhappy with the result. My nails aren’t properly shaped or structured they look flat and unnatural instead of having a nice profile.

Overall, not a good experience at all, especially for a booked appointment. I wouldn’t come back
