Denis did a flawless root touch-up and Tokio Inkarami treatment that left my hair looking incredible. He also gave me very helpful advice for my hair care. The salon is remarkably clean and the entire staff are so welcoming and friendly including the cleaning lady who was so kind and kept the place spotless.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Sakurami enough for everything they did for my wedding preparations. From my very first consultation to the final treatments just before the big day, the experience was calm, professional and truly luxurious.

They created a full pre-wedding beauty plan for me and also looked after my bridesmaids, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. We had our facials, brows, lashes and skin treatments done there, and the results were absolutely beautiful - natural, polished and camera-perfect.

On the day itself, our skin looked glowing and flawless, and my bridesmaids were just as happy as I was. We have done our hair and make up at the salon on the day and I couldn't be happier with the result! The atmosphere in the salon is elegant and relaxing, and the staff are incredibly attentive and warm - you really feel taken care of.

If you are a bride-to-be and want to feel confident and radiant, I highly recommend booking your wedding prep with them. It was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.

Had a very bad haircut, tried to be nice to the hairdresser and ‘give it a chance’. After 2 weeks I realised it was too bad and asked for a bit of a correction. I was told by the manager that I would have to pay full price. Very disappointing that they are expecting customers to pay for hairdresser’s error
