Google Service is always great at this place. I had toner, haircut and a blow dry. My stylist paid a lot of attention to detail during the process.
However, I am disappointed that I couldn’t use all the points I had accumulated towards today’s service, instead being only a certain amount of points will go towards today service. Nowhere on the app is this stipulated, which is deceiving. I had until 19th may to use up my credits and so to be told that I couldn’t use them all today was not what I was expecting. I was then advised to use the remainder of my points on another service, which I didn’t appreciate.
