Google I have been going to Viya Beauty for 3 years since I moved to Sutton and I have to recommend their services. Everyone working there is very talented, I go there for everything I need. Manicure, Pedicure, waxing! Since going there my eyebrows have been growing equally, nails have gotten stronger and longer and my waxing experience has completely changed.

Google I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t like my experience today! Came in for a Hollywood wax and eyebrows wax. The hot wax was way too hot, the way the lady pulled off the wax without holding the skin down immediately after the wax came off made the whole experience 10 times more painful. With my eyebrow waxing, one of my arch seem to be higher than the other. It was not worth me paying £40 something almost £50 for an experience that was painful.

Dear Ann, sorry to hear that you did not had a good experience for waxing. As it’s quite cold now so we keep temp higher slightly to keep wax runny. However, we do understand that everyone’s heat tolerance is different so please let us know next time and we will keep temp accordingly. Our all therapists are quite experienced in waxing so this usually doesn’t happen but we will be extra careful next time with your skin. Apologies for this time but we will make sure next time you will have pleasant experience at Viya beauty! Thank you.
