Awful in there nails always falling off!! Paid 40 pounds for a full set and they are the worst none are the same length the colour is horrible!! Never again will I use this shop stay clear!!!!!! Asked for short French tip and left with this awfully done nails!! Never will they have my mo ey again!!

Horrible service. Only asked to get my nails painted, not only was I charged £25 for it! But also the state of my nails after the service. The nail polish wasn’t smooth at all, there’s bumps and dust stuck to my nails. Horrible horrible! Robbed me £25!!!!!

They said they had student discount when I asked. When I came to pay they said they don't accept unidays. It had my picture name university and expiry date clearly labelled. Will not be coming back you lost a customer. Also why is it cash only?

Questionable hygiene standards. Left quitely after staff confirming the pedi bowl was clean yet it was clearly used and dirty. Pleasant staff, perhaps too busy.

I pay 65 pounds first i go two times for fix again but they do nails two colours not recommended waste of money and the service is zero I don’t like behaviour as well no recommend

Waited half an hour to be seen. Booked in for a full set French tip. Finished results- the gel polish is streaky, the French tip isn’t the best ( probably because three different people kept sitting in the chair to do my nails) my nails are SORE underneath because of the lady digging her nails into mine. There is paint left on my skin and a lot of build up under my nail- what a waste of £40. Not to mention there is also a hair in my nail

Went in for a pedicure. Got my feet soaked then he proceeded to cut my toenails. He cut my skin and they were trying to stop my toe bleeding for 10 mins. I never finished my treatment. Will never go there again

Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve got cuts on my hands, nails shorter than I wanted to because he cut them so crooked he had no other choice, asked for square nails and got rounded nails, dirts stuck in the nail polish, If I wasn’t in such a rush to get out of there I would have made them start again
