Really poor service, the lady was rude , cut corners and did some really awful nail art. I left and walked straight into another nail bar to fix it. Seems like some new staff and would really not recommend:(

My first time visiting and it won’t be my last. It’s close to my work and since as I’m always at work makes it ideal. Love my nails and the staff were friendly also.

I went in recently for infills and pedicure here and I'm very happy with the finish. The pedicure service is also nice as they have hot stones

I do not recommend this salon. Ever since the talented young man left, the quality has gone downhill. The women currently working there seem inexperienced and could benefit from further training, even basic nail painting was poorly done. I left with nails that looked messy and unfinished, with missed edges. On top of that, they tried to overcharge me for a service I’ve had before, assuming I wasn’t a regular customer. The customer service has also declined significantly. Overall, the professionalism and quality have dropped a lot since the previous staff member left.

Unfortunately i wouldn't recommend this salon.

I had about 1h 15 mins to get a pedicure done and I did let them know if that's ok, and they said yes it was enough time. I also got a gel colour done to save time. Lady next to me kindly allowed me to go before her.

However, the whole pedicure only took 25 mins as the lady who was doing it did bare minimum. The back of my feet were still rough, it should have been scrabbed more and the lady barely cleaned around the cuticle area. I had to ask her to tidy up a bit more when she finished painting my toes. She only cut 2 or 3 toe nails and filed the rest despite me asking her to cut. My toenails still felt longer than usual. It was a very disappointing and a rushed service. I basically paid £35 just for her to paint my toenails.

I understand that I had a limited time but they also confirmed that they had enough time to do a pedicure.

I did come up and ended up cutting my toenails and fixing the rough edges.

I did watch the lady next to me who was also having a pedicure and they seemed to provide a better service for her. I guess it is a hit and miss on who you get. I would avoid as you do not get your money's worth.

The best nail salon in the Sutton area. Have tried a few in Carshalton and Sutton but I always go to Beautiful Nails now. The staff are all so friendly and kind and they take so much time and care over making sure everything is perfect. Love this place!

Highly, highly recommend!! Such a nice environment and staff are always so lovely! In particular (I feel awful that I don’t know his name, I’m always just too shy to ask!) but look out for an employee with a tiger tattoo. I know that whenever he does my nails, they’re going to look perfect! He always takes such care and time, very polite! In general, everyone there is polite and kind. Prices are very affordable and amazing service is worth every penny! Absolutely adore this place!!

I have been going here for a while the younger guy is talented the others not very good so depends who you get how you’re nails turn out sometimes the lady cuts you or files the nail bed too much. She did my nails last time and they chipped in 3 days, when he does it last 3 weeks. But suddenly the price has jumped up, I was charged £30 for basic gel nails no design, everywhere else charges £20-25 so I know can’t get it done regularly here as not worth it.

I have just moved to the area and had great experiences with them went today and was so so disappointed cut me twice the man doing my nails was rough and rude and charged me £40 for a full set of infills being having my nails done for 20 years and have never been charged this price I will never return to this shop which is a shame as I had been a handful of times and been happy but today put me off

Thank you for your reply on this matter but I feel my treatment today was terrible I didn’t expect to be rough handled and been talked to so rude and was cut twice during my treatment
