Such great nails and service!! Thank you!!
Amazing service - was super quick and they executed my vision perfectly! Best nails in Hampstead :)
Such a good nail salon I love my manicure!
The man in this salon is very good, when i get my nails done by him he’s respectful, knows how to speak english and my nails don’t start to break or crack. I always get a biab infill. However the lady in this salon is EXTREMELY rude, she is so incredibly disrespectful, firstly she cut the skin off my nails 3 times and didn’t apologise once only yanked my hand back forward, then when she tried filling my nails she was completely unable to figure out how to make all the lengths the same i had to guide her and she had such a sour look on her face. Then she gave me the colour palette to choose what colour i wanted and i accidentally dropped it, she immediately starts talking her language after i say anything which is just rude? then when i show her a picture of nails i got in the salon before she starts yelling saying, can you not just look at the colour chart i don’t know what that is and shoves it back to me, then yanks my hand forward for me to take it. i then ask for another colour palette she didn’t give, she starts yelling AGAIN, why do you want the bottles, IM NOT GIVING YOU BOTTLE, i asked for the colour pallets not the bottles??? Then she wanted to check my entire bank account to see if i sent 6 quid. This lady does not know how to be a respectable human OR even do nails i had to teach her. Do not come to this salon, if you do only ask for the man.
Was seen on time, the nail tech was friendly and very meticulous with my nails. 30£ for a gel manicure, my nails are perfect, nothing to complain about ! Will be coming back
lisa did my christmas nails 10/10❤️❤️❄️❄️
Always love coming here!! Great service and always leave with amazing nails that last ages!
Do not go!
This was my first time visiting the salon. I visited yesterday morning. I had a pedicure. It wasn’t worth the money. My nails were not filed nor painted properly.
I was the first customer in their shop and it was freezing. I asked for him and his colleague (a lady) to turn on the heating, they ignored me. I asked a second time and then the lady said something about ‘cold air wafting from the basement’. They didn’t turn on the heating. The lady was wearing outer wear indoors, and she refused to turn on the heating. She offered me a drink, I declined. They both talked a lot in their respective language.
My nail technician hadn’t finished working on my feet, but at that point had proceeded to work with a second client at the same time. I thought this was a little grubby as whenever he’d return to inspect my drying nails, he’d walk with a load of nail dust shedding from his clothes - which belonged to another person entirely!
When I thought this service and pedicure was the best I was going to get at the salon, I wanted to run away. I didn’t want to argue or insist they paint or file them again. So I sat quietly until I could leave.
When I asked how to pay, he said they only take bank transfers or cash payments - is this even legal? If this is income dodging can’t they just be reported to HMRC?! So I trawled to a Barclays branch at the top of the road before I could leave the salon. This arrangement for cash or transfers wasn’t made clear at the very outset nor clearly posted on their shop window.
Insipid customer service. Awful pedicure - worst I’ve ever had. Go elsewhere.
Really happy with the results looks really classy
The nails they do just don’t last. Mine didn’t even make it 7 days. One of my nails peeled off , so I went back to get it fixed. The first time, the lady was okay about it since it had only been a day after I got them done. But about five days later, the polish on my thumb peeled off, so I had to go back again.
This time, she looked annoyed and was pretty rough with my hands, pushing them in and out of the machine and saying things in another language that I didn’t understand. If the nails were done properly the first time, I wouldn’t have had to go back twice. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, her attitude completely turned me off. It’s a shame, but after that experience, I won’t be returning.
Thank you Tami for my pretty nails ❤️
I had a great experience at Rich Nails – I came in for acrylics before a holiday and they did a beautiful job. The shape and finish are exactly what I wanted, and the powder colour looks so clean and elegant. The pricing was a little higher than expected (£40 instead of £32), but they kindly gave me a discount which I really appreciated. I wanted to tip but couldn’t afford it this time, so I just want to say thank you here. I’ll definitely come back!
