Google Experience was nice but my shellac manicure didn’t even last two weeks. Disappointing as other, cheaper salons in the area do manicures that last much longer.

Google I did french manicure on 30/01 . The manicure the staff did was really horrible. The staff even didn’t use the appropriate brash for the white line and apparently on that day was my birthday. In the end I had to pay for that. I don’t recommend the saloon

As you may know, there are several different styles of French manicure (shape, thickness, colour tone, finish). If you had a specific preference, we always encourage clients to let the technician know during the service so adjustments can be made at the time.
We have reviewed our CCTV from your appointment and you appeared satisfied on the day, with no concerns raised before leaving the salon.
Your appointment took place on 30 January, and this review was left over a week later on 8 Feb. If you have any specific issues you’d like us to look into, please feel free to email us with clear photos of your nails and we will review and see what we can do.

Google Really disappointed, I had my nails done I’m happy with them but £50 4 biab I don’t mind paying but then another £10 for cuticle work ( I was a beautician for many years and I’ve never heard of a extra charge to do cuticle work ) it was always part of the treatment why not make it £60 & include the cuticle work, plus one of the staff was sleeping over the nail station not a professional look, I know the area Belsize Park and rents etc are high but it’s a shame cause there manicures are on point….

Firstly, we’re glad to hear that you were happy with your nails – that’s always the most important thing!
We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the pricing. A quick Google search will tell you that our prices are in line with other salons in the area, and just to clarify, it’s also standard practice to offer different services with and without cuticle work, as not all customers want or need it. These are listed as “Express” and “Manicure” treatments – the Express option is priced £10 less because it does not include cuticle work, rather than the cuticle work being an "extra" charge.
You booked an Express BIAB and then requested additional cuticle work during your appointment. As such, there was a £10 charge for this extra service, which was explained at the time. From our records, we can see that you previously booked a BIAB Manicure on July 30, which would have included cuticle work as part of the treatment. We would suggest doing the same going forwards should you wish for the price to include the cuticle work.

Whether I’m getting a classic manicure or something more creative, the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere never fail to impress. It’s my go-to nail salon—I highly recommend it!
