Absolutely loved my nails! The shape and the application were spot on. However, I came in with my friend (we were both booked for 4:30) and found out we’d been double-booked. We resolved the issue by having my friend’s nails done after mine, but during my appointment the nail tech seemed rushed and she was pushing on my nail beds and buffing my nails quite roughly. There was also some attitude that felt unnecessary, especially considering the booking issue wasn’t our fault.

Just for future reference, please don’t take frustration out on customers when the scheduling mistake was on your end. Other than that, I would return because I really did love the final result of my nails.🙏🌸

A beautiful place. but for the price I paid was ridiculous then I had to go back first time I had my nails done because they wasn't done properly not only that I now have fungus which I've never had from getting my nails done and I've been getting them done for 25 years so I'm definitely not happy. And I would not recommend to anyone and will never use this place again I also went to complain and was told that I already had it. If I already had fungus then my nails shouldn't have been done because it will be spreaded to other people

Went in as a walk in no appointments available so booked to come back one and a half hour later. Started pedicure with one lady then someone else walked in who had an appointment so they switched me over to another lady. Nails cut to short on my toes, back of feet left very hard, no massage chair turned on, very quick pedicure, not relaxing at all, people talking in their own language about you very rude, its only when i told them that i can understand what they are saying that they stopped, over all bad experience of a pedicure. I pointed all these things out to them. They called manger on the phone who was so rude and would not even let me speak, that I refused to speak to her and just handed the phone back to the lady. They asked for payment I refused to pay, and I was well within my rights as I did not receive the service that I went in for. Being in a very affluent area of London you would expect better service. I would not go back there ever and would not recommend this business to anyone else. Very poor customer service and rude owner

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectation.

Firstly, you were asked to return later for your pedicure because you came in without an appointment—this is standard practice when we’re fully booked and should not have been an issue.

Secondly, none of the concerns you listed here were raised during your visit. The only complaint you made was after your treatment, when you said your heels weren’t smooth because we didn’t use a razor it’s not a pedicure done. We explained to you at the time that razors are not used in professional salons, as they are illegal due to health and safety concerns. If a razor is essential to your personal pedicure preferences, that should have been mentioned before booking.

Your behavior in the salon was completely inappropriate—you demanded to speak to the manager in front of other clients, created a scene, and left our staff in tears. The manager explained clearly and calmly over the phone why we don’t use razors, yet you refused to listen and accused us of being rude, attempting to discredit us in front of regular customers who know us well and can attest to our professionalism.

It is not acceptable to receive a full treatment and then refuse to pay simply because a specific method—one that we legally cannot offer—wasn’t used. This reflects poorly on your intentions from the beginning.

Lastly, regarding your assumption that our staff were speaking about you in Vietnamese—this was not the case. We’ve reviewed footage, and there was no such conversation. Assuming otherwise based solely on our ethnicity is an unfair and tired stereotype.

We are proud of the honest, respectful service we provide to all clients and stand by our team.
