Google Bit of a waxing novice and only ever had a wax a few months ago where I got butchered and put me off the whole thing. The lady who runs it was so lovely, put me at ease and recovered my confidence in bikini waxes. Highly recommended!

Google Natasha has been doing my nails for around a year and they always look great, last so well and are in much, much better condition than they were when I started going to her. She’s really knowledgable, never cuts corners and is also an absolute pleasure to hang out with - I now consider her a friend. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Google Had an extremely positive experience during my waxing. Natasha was very professional and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease. The waxing itself was quick and as painless as could be. Natasha is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice regarding after care too. Very happy and will definitely be going back again!

Google I’ve visited Bepampered a few times (for pedicures, manicures and waxing)
Natasha is always friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to booking requests. If I need a last minute appointment, Natasha will always do her best to fit me in.
The salon itself is clean, well organised and has a nice atmosphere. Natasha really looks after you and always does a fab job with my nails and makes waxing as pain free as possible.

Google Have now had a few visits here and all I can say is what a lovely studio and fantastic staff and services. I had sports massage and before Pushpa started she asked if and where I had any specific issues and created a massage so that I would get the most benefit. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you Pushpa and Natahsa.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff as well as a disgusting working environment. A nursery of all places. I would give zero stars if I could, avoid this establishment at all costs. Complete waste of time and money.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify we are not in a nursery. It is a shared business use building. The nursery is in a completely separate part of the building totally closed off from us.
We’re Sorry you felt we were rude but after several minutes of explaining to you the same thing over and over it’s difficult to find new ways of explaining the terms of your booking.
You arrived over 10 mins late for a 30 minute booking and demanded a refund when told your massage would be therefore slightly shorter.
The terms of booking are any cancellations or rescheduling needs at least 24hrs notice. Same for late arrivals where the treatment cannot be completed. This was explained to you numerous times.
As a compromise and gesture of good will we did refund you half of the booking despite that making a loss for us.

Google Natasha was absolutely amazing! You feel at ease because you can tell how experienced she is. My first wax after giving birth and I was so nervous! Not only did she make me feel super comfortable, she was so fast and the finish is the best I’ve ever had from a wax! I definitely will be returning…Oh and she’s super funny! 😂😂
