Arrived at 11.00am for my pre booked appointment and was not seen until 12.20. At no point was I offered an explanation for the delay or even apologised to. While making my payment I advised I would like to make a complaint and was pointed in the direction of one of the nail technicians who continued with his client and addressed my complaint across the shop in front of all the other customers, totally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. He advised they were short staffed. So it might have been advisable for them to prioritise the appointment customers above walk in’s! I would not return to this salon given the service I received today!

Absolutely stunning! I've been to many nail shops, met many good nail techs before but this is the mostly perfect. You will always see friendly staffs who willing to speak or tell jokes, love the atmosphere. Moreover, they do friendly charge for students or under 18.

I was slightly worry because my culticles kinda sensitive and easily to get bleeding, however Can did everything carefully, tidy and quick so none of them bleed neither sore.

Love as always. Thanks a lot!

In 7 appointments, 3 were really bad. I initially liked it for the convenience of a drop in but I’ve came away with a cut foot / sliced up the side. Skin so sore it’s tender to walk on after a pedicure. I gave them the benefit that time thinking it was a one off. However, I recently visited for my nails, just a simple colour. They guy was very rough & grazed a lot of my skin on my fingers, they are still sore days later, when I had pulled my hand back & was clearly in pain the staff member was rude & also chatted to his colleague in front me making me uncomfortable. I’d chosen a pale but brighter shade & staff always automatically applied 3 coats to these shades in the past as they are patchy. When I politely queried the finished colour only having 2 coats, the guy was angry grabbed my hand started filing it off & grazed my skin.

Given the experience I just asked them to leave it & I wanted to go, I was due a pedicure & within 1 minute they had cut my toe skin with their tool.

I was upset, paid & left quietly.

Sadly some staff are lovely, but a particular staff member is pushy, very aggressive & rushes through it.

I won’t be going back & I’ve had to pay for another salon to fix their work.
