Google They cut your fingers unapologetically, slap your hand as a gesture to move position, nails are bulbous at base and chunky, each nail takes on its own unique shape not matching on length or shape. How they’re still open I have no idea. Poor, very very poor

Google I have my OWN FINGERNAILS WHICH I HAVE ALWAYS LOOKED AFTER I decided to treat myself to a French manicure 💅 after explaining what I wanted it was done £23 no one explaining how to remove the polish !! Well I assumed that it was standard nail polish as all the staff talk amongst themselves in their own language I feel for a service to the public this is rude and intimating almost 3 weeks on still polish not fully removed!! Why isn't this explained when nails are done ??? I asked for a simple manicure what on earth has been applied??? I will seek advice somewhere else for removal !!! Won't be back

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience this situation has caused you.
We would like to kindly clarify that, due to many previous complaints from customers about regular nail polish chipping and not lasting long enough, our salon has for quite some time now switched to using Shellac polish only for manicure services. This type of polish is designed to last much longer and, depending on each customer’s natural nails and daily activities, it typically stays in good condition for around 2–3 weeks.
We understand that this may not have been clearly explained during your visit, especially regarding the removal process, and for that we sincerely apologize. We also provide a separate removal service for customers who prefer to keep their polish only for a short period of time, such as during holidays or special occasions.
We are very sorry again for the misunderstanding and any discomfort you experienced. Please feel free to contact our salon page directly if you need any assistance or advice regarding the removal process — we would be more than happy to help you.

Google Had my nails done here multiple times now and I really can’t fault them. They always do exactly what I ask for and they always last for such a long time! Last time I went they started peeling the next day and I went back in and they re did them free of charge☺️
