Had my nails done, first time here, very polite, gave me a bottle of water as I was coughing.
1 of my nails was damaged so they said come back and we'll do it later hen it's healed, which I did. Nails lasted long time
I got biab pink. Going back to get a biab infill next week. Thanks

Went to try this place for the first time as I live close by, I went in and everyone said hello which was nice. I showed the design I wanted to one of the ladies in there and she was happy to help, finding all the right colours. Then I got seated with a different tech halfway through and it was only male in there when I went. He seemed really annoyed at the fact he was ‘having’ to do my nails, telling me I was picking all the wrong colours basically acting if I was making his life difficult. Throwing my hands when having to switch and walking around aimlessly trying to find equipment. Constantly taking 5 minutes at a time to ignore me while on his phone of making himself food and drink, which I don’t mind everyone’s gotta have a break, but his bad attitude make me feel not welcome. I was paying near £60 for my nails but if I had any sense I should have just got up and left but I am too nice and just left him too it. Even when I was about to pay, I didn’t know who i was giving my money too so I asked him and he just used his hands to shew me towards another staff. Shame I would’ve have been back seeing as I am right next door !

Seriously over priced visited due to having hours to kill waiting for my passport nearly died when the woman said £31 for a infill the guy who did my nails was full of flu or something and was not gentle like double the price compared to others

Had a pedicure with gel nails and manicure with gel nails.
Best service I've had in ages.
Spent 45 minutes on the pedicure, excellent finish and bonus of a massage chair.
Very hygienic and staff are very welcoming and professional

I forgot to book a nail appointment before my holiday so I decided to come here. So glad I did! I was seen to straight away and Lindsay did a fabulous job on my nails and was so friendly and chatty. Would definitely recommend

I came here to remove my acrylic nails, they were done more than a month ago in Italy, and were very painful, I could not wait to remove them.
The guy that did it was very kind and gentle, I forgot to ask his name but I was very grateful for him
total cost of take off wa 13£, very satisfied , I would come again.

I went on Monday and this time they were unhelpful, rude and the job they did is disappointing. One girl started the job and left me 20 minutes waiting, the other one finished really fast and without any professionalism the job that is horrible result. Never again.
