Used to go all the time when I was in uni, never had a bad experience. Today was the first time I’d been back there after graduating and moving back to London - the nail tech remembered me and said it was nice to have me home 🥰

Never had a bad set of nails from here, staff are always lovely and professional, but they feel more like friends than nail techs. Can get really busy, and feels a bit like you’re being herded through from front to back and back to middle, but it’s all worth it.

My mum and I recently had our nails done here and honestly it was one of the worst salon experiences we’ve had. I had acrylics and my mum had gels, and both sets were really poor quality. My acrylics were extremely thick, uneven and had messy edges, while my mum’s gels already looked badly finished before we even left the salon. The overall finish looked rushed and unprofessional.

The whole appointment felt chaotic from start to finish. We were passed around between around four different members of staff and nobody seemed to know who was doing what. At one point we were left waiting while staff worked on other customers, and the communication between them was all over the place. The staff were also quite rude and unfriendly which made the experience even worse. We felt more like an inconvenience than paying customers.

For the price we paid, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. Within a very short time the nails already looked worn and badly done. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to having nice nails done together. Unfortunately I wouldn’t return or recommend this salon.

I’ve been here several times and most of the time I have been very happy with the results. But most recently I went about a week ago for a full set of acrylics. The girl who laid the acrylic did such a horrible job that even her colleagues were saying in front of my face how ‘choppy’ the nails looked. Even though they acknowledged how bad and ugly the nails looked they just continued and acted like I couldn’t hear them and then charged me full price. I didn’t want to leave a bad review because normally I am happy with the nails but over the week they’ve just looked worse and worse to the point I’m embarrassed to have them.

the staff are pleasant enough, and they offer nhs discount which helps. my only annoyance is my nails have chipped a little bit after a few days. the guy who cleaned my nails up etc was nice but the girl who actually painted them kept singing the whole time and kept shouting at me to stay still even though i was..

First time customer but definitely won’t be back. Staff were very friendly but gosh the girl doing my nails was just too rushed. I got BIAB! It looks soooo bad, so lumpy and so thick 😟 big clumps, not filed down at all.
I’m surprised as the girl next to me was getting an acrylic set and it looked really good! I’ve gotten BIAB many times and never wanted to take it off right away.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Today I paid £27 for a French manicure that is completely unacceptable. Before the treatment, I specifically asked if it was possible to do a French on my nails, as they are slightly short, and I was told “of course.” However, the result was still poorly executed.
The work is unprofessional, with every nail uneven in thickness and visibly crooked. The French tips are not straight and look rushed and careless. On one thumb, the polish has not adhered properly and is already lifting, which is completely unacceptable for a paid service.
Overall, there is a clear lack of skill, precision, and professionalism. The quality of both the application and the products used is very poor. This is not a service I would recommend under any circumstances.

My daughter and me had our nails done here and it was the worst nails either of us have ever had. We are so disappointed as we got them done to go on holiday thinking they would be really nice and last for the holiday but after 2 hours my gels were chipping and my daughter's chrome was coming off her acrylic tips. By the end of the holiday after 4 days all of my nails had chipped apart from one, a couple were half off. The pictures I'm showing are after 2 hours. The whole experience was terrible. First of all we were asked to wait which is fine. Then we were asked to go up for our nails to be done and we were sat at a counter while a male was doing somebody else's nails, he then at the same time as doing them started on both of ours. He then went off and another male then came to finish off what the first one started but didn't do anything on mine. We were then sent to sit and wait again. A bit after that we were sent to a female each at another counter, both of whom were working on somebody else. The whole time staff were shouting across at each other and one had said that they were short staffed because of the races the day before, and the majority of them acted like we were an inconvenience and didn't want us to be there, they were not friendly or pleasant. One of the females who was doing a lot of the shouting was rolling her eyes and moaning, not a nice experience. By this time I was wishing I had left but my daughter already had her acrylics on and we been in there about an hour and a half so I continued. Eventually we had our colours put on. My daughter had hers done by somebody who was clearly a trainee as she kept asking what she should do, we weren't asked if we minded having a trainee or offered any discount for this. After the female started putting my gel on my first finger I realised they hadn't been filed or shaped and I told her this. I think because we were passed around 3 different people they didn't know who had done what. She said she would do it at the end. I believe that this is why my nails have chipped so badly as I have always had them filed before the gel has been put on. While I was having mine done the previous customer came back to the counter as one of her gels had gone funny and I had to wait while she had it taken off and re-done. We paid £72 for the gels and acrylics which apparently included student discount for my daughter. We left the salon and within 2 hours my nails had started chipping and one of my daughter's chrome tips had completely come off. By this time the salon was closed so we couldn't go back and our flight was early the next morning. I sent them a message about this that morning with the photos asking for reimbursement and I've had no reply, I sent another yesterday and still no reply. My messages were polite and only mentioned the state of the nails. I have never left a review before but I am so outraged by this experience. The staff attitudes were terrible, they didn't care, being passed around was not nice, and the actual outcome of the quality of the nails was unprofessional and looked terrible. I would never go here again and don't advise anyone to go there if they want professional nails that last more than a few hours.

I came in today with my friends and myself and my friend had got our nails done, we’ve never got them done here before so we were quite nervous, we both got french tips and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were so polite and they kept making us all laugh, my friend was unhappy with one of her nails at the end so we went back inside and Bo had fixed her nail for her. He was so gentle and kind. Absolutely recommend and would come again!
