I have been coming here for coming up to 7 years and Chloe being doing my hair ever since that very first visit , she is amazing colour specialist and Andrea on Reception is lovely friendly and so efficient, Jenna being sorting my nails out for few years now as well also brilliant at her job. Zoe the salon manager also fantastic and I had the Japanese head spa which she did it was out of this world.
I honestly love coming and nothing is too much trouble for the staff all of them so lovely and friendly .

Had a Japanese head spa off Chloe what a great relaxing series of treatments from different scrubs and washes on my scalp to forehead ,neck and shoulder massages too. highly recommend this treatment give it a try for yourself

I was part of a bridal party. The girls could not do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble. My hair stayed in all day and my make up was lovely. I love the Hair Spa - regularly have my hair cut and coloured here with the amazing Izzy. She is a great stylist and colourist, and really listens to what I’d like and interprets how it would work with my hair. I am always SOooo happy with the results 😊 Also, love Alysha for HD brows, fantastic every time! The team in the salon are so friendly and welcoming and the surroundings are lovely, a real quality experience all round. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Chloe is a great stylist and a very pleasant person to chat to. I was pleased with my cut and style.

Caution .....some time in the past the salon had taken my card details to book an appointment. I called to change the time of my appointment and was told that they had my card details saved on their computer and they would take the money in any case if I did not attend. I was shocked as they had not asked me about storing my data into the future. I asked them to immediately remove my data from their systems.
I have taken advice from the information commissioner and it's clear that my data has been stored illegally. It's such a shame and a shock to find out this. I think more staff training is required to protect the organisation from this.

My husband and I have recently relocated from the Channel Islands and I have struggled to find somewhere where I have felt comfortable/at home, and generally looked after until I was recommended Thornton hair spa. The girls are wonderful, kind, considerate, caring, fun and always professional. Such a small thing but they remembered my name from the very first appointment and that has made me feel so valued.

Great salon. All staff trained to the highest level and all exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Have been a regular for many years and can highly recommend for hair, nails and brows.
