I go to Lorna for my nails regularly and always have a great experience. She is absolutely lovely and really looks after you, my nails are always finished to a really high standard. The prices are very reasonable too, which is a bonus. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’d definitely recommend them.

I am always so happy with my nails! Since coming to Heaven, my nails have never been in such amazing condition — they feel so strong and healthy. Every visit is an absolute pleasure, with the most professional, friendly staff who truly go above and beyond; nothing is ever too much trouble. I also have my hair and lashes done here, and both services are consistently 5-star. The attention to detail and care is outstanding across the board. I couldn’t recommend this salon highly enough to anyone looking for amazing results and a wonderful experience every time.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Heaven. I’ve been going there since 2011, and over the years it has become so much more than just a salon to me. I now live in London however will try to fit a visit in every time I return home!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely looked after. The salon is always spotlessly clean, calming, and such a lovely place to be.

Every single person there is genuinely kind and friendly — it never feels rushed or impersonal. Lorna and Liz are absolutely amazing at nails; their attention to detail is incredible and I always leave feeling put together and confident. Jess is truly exceptional — her facials and aesthetic treatments are second to none. She has such a gentle, caring approach and makes you feel completely safe, listened to, and understood. Marta is incredible too — she does the best brow lamination and lash lift I’ve ever had, and I always leave feeling so happy with the results.

Heaven has been a constant for me for so many years, and that says everything. It’s a place you trust, feel relaxed in, and genuinely look forward to visiting. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Such a cosy salon with the best vibes! All the girls working there are so nice, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
My nails design ideas are always brought to life and I always walk out with a big smile on my face. I genuinely wouldn’t go to any other salon. Highly recommend!

5 Stars isn't enough! ​I have been coming to Heaven every month for years and the standards never falter. My nails are impeccable every single time and stay pristine for weeks! Lorna's French Polish is faultlessly perfect.
The salon itself is beautifully decorated and always immaculately clean. There is such a lovely, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere here—such a great team.
​I originally started out just getting my nails done with Lorna, but I’ve since branched out to other treatments and they are all fantastic. I’ve had wonderful massages from Britney, perfect lash treatments with Marta, flawless semi permanent brows with Nat and fabulous blow dries with Becky. I cannot recommend Heaven highly enough!
