Stunning funky nail design which I’m over the moon with. I always visit Anna nails with a crazy design and without fail they always happy to help and match my picture exactly how I want it. Lovely staff and they always take time and effort to perfect my nails for me. With help of them introducing me to biab I have gone from a nail biter to having a Gorgous set constantly and my nails last four weeks every time. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone (used my boyfriends google account to review hence why boys name on review)

Review as my email has not been replied to. I came into the broadway store on 17th which was only on Tuesday to have an infill on my biab nails, which I always usually get done in this store and have never had any issues and time I am always in and out.

The man who done my nails, took a very long time which I have never had happen in your shop where I always come to.
I came at 3pm and left about 4:45, the man kept messing up my nails as he was doing them and as I left i noticed my nails are bumpy and on one of my thumbs the nail is peeling away already and on another thumb there is brissel or hair from the nail brush stuck to my nail under the top coat.
He did not file my nails properly I had to tell him to fix them as he filed one of my nails a wonky way and then had to build this nail back up when I told him he had done it wrong.

I am just not happy with this as after being in the shop for this length of time I shouldnt be leaving with nails like this as I have always used yourselves for nails but this has put me off wanting to come back.

Great nail salon! The staff are friendly and professional. My nails look beautiful and the service was excellent. Highly recommend and will come back again. 💅

Came to get a removal on my hands, no soak off was done just electric file used which left my nails extremely weak, red and painful its taken me months to get the strength back. Also would come for regular pedicures but depending on who you got would be different every time. I also got a fungal infection and ingrown toe nail from how the nail had been cut which was explain by the dr. First question they asked was where I got my nails done and the bacteria can take a while to grow. Unfortunately wont be returning

Been coming here for biab for months, was in Friday evening and asked for shellac, the man filed my nails very aggressively and rushed through the whole process, and not even 24 hours later several of my nails were chipped. The edges were left sharp (I asked for rounded edges but this was not done) and the free edge hadn't been capped properly. Very disappointed, wast of £25

Disappointed came today asked for one fake nail on my big toe an the rest painted in shellac told him this numerous times and still did not do this he painted ALL of my nails in shellac.Actually thinking anout it im not even sure he used shellac will know if the polish dosnt last long 😡 i had to explain again i wanted a fake nail on my big toe which he then did.which took longer and looking at them now they dont look good at all should of went my usual place but thought id try here.not worth £30 looks like ive painted them myself.so if you reply to my review this is my personal honest opinion not happy

I got my nails done here, i wanted just a french tip nail. They didn’t even let me choose the nail base color they just picked one for me. The atmosphere was extremely weird as soon as i walked in. I’m pretty sure they saw me coming as they charged £48 for a set of FRENCH TIP. please don’t go here go somewhere else on broadway.
