So professional and skin test are always carried out in which some places don't but I always feel safe going here because of that so if I have have a reaction I will know before treatment is carried out ❤️

I love this salon, it feels like family, no matter what treatment I'm getting (and I get lots) I always feel comfortable with the skills and professionalism of the ladies working here. Always very well looked after and my confidence has grown so much thanks to the help and care from this salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Passive aggressive via text. I said "I've never had a patch test done for lashes but I understand its your policy, if I can get in today for a patch test il let you know x" They replied "if you want to go to a clinic that doesn't do a patch test that's fine" then they cancelled my appointment. Very hostile and unprofessional. Avoid!

Patch tests are for our insurance reasons and client safety. I can’t hold an apt if your unsure if you can come or not for a patch as other salons don’t offer patch test and they are not required?
And your leaving a 1 star review and telling people to avoid because we don’t offer lashes without a patch test.
Going another clinic is your only option if you don’t want to follow our policy Your response is laughing faces. Wow is all I have to say to this WOW

I would say we are professional for thinking our client safety.

I only removed a set of lashes for a girl that reached out to us two days ago who had just left hospital with sever allegy and chemical burns to her eyes. guess what no patch test was done by the salon 🤔🤔 they won’t be covered by there insurance shes now taking legal action.
