Such a nice atmosphere and all staff approachable and chatty which makes you feel welcome. I have had many good experiences here and would recommend to all the ladies in Liverpool.

Google Was shocked with the attitude and poor customer service from some of the staff in Belle Amour. I don't think they are qualified enough and have muck knowledge, experienced or even the expertise.
Staff are also very rude towards customers, talking behind their backs as soon as the customer leave the salon, specially the owner Natalia, what a diva.
Avoid at all costs.
