Google Just had my nails done for the first time as I'm not really a girly girl. I got Acrylic nails with Shellac and Shellac toes. They are very pretty and look perfect. They were done really quickly and they guy doing them was efficient and friendly. Slightly cheaper than some of the places I looked at and originally chose this one as they let you book appointments really good value for money would definitely come here again.

Google I've been going for two years and I've been happy so far,yesterday, unfortunately, not a successful visit, nails are not evenany other shape acrylic badly applied, I'm disappointed😒

I am rather surprised to have received this negative review since you left the salon happy yesterday. You even complimented how well the polish was done. Therefore, I would have thought, you would have checked and informed me about the shape if you werent happy?
I would have appreciated this feedback more if you have raised your issues with us while we were doing your nails as things could have been rectified to your
preferences.
We always welcome feedbacks - negative or positive - but even more if it could be done in person right away to allow us the opportunity to rectify.
