Shocking service!!
Booked an eyebrow wax for 10am. Jenny changed my appointment to 10:30am without telling me. Then at 1:33am on the morning of my appointment, I received an email that woke me up to tell me that my appointment had now been moved to 11am. I had a table booked for brunch at 11:30am so I couldn't make this time. I tried to message the salon, no reply. I rang the salon up 4 times, no answer. I turned up at the salon at 11am and Jenny hadnt even arrived there. She walked in at 11:05am, repeatedly telling me that she didn't know what had happened with my appointment and that she could 'quickly' do my eyebrow wax in 5 minutes. She hadnt even heated the wax up. I didn't want to be rushed so I declined. This service is so unprofessional. If staff want to go on a night out the night before appointments then fine, but dont be moving customers appointments at 1:33am via email and then not even be there for that time. I am new to the area and had hoped this salon might be a regular for all my treatments, but I have massively been put off.

Got my biab done by Christine gorge work . And she extends biab without tip which is a must. Does cuticles the lot.
Love my nails i keep them quite short and natural .
Space is so beautiful.
Also had my lash lift done love them . My go too spot now.

I could not recommend Bellezza enough it has a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Christina is a talented nail artist. She always shows such attention to detail and my nails always look flawless. I have been going to Christina for my nails and brows for years and could not imagine going anywhere else.

Such a gorgeous, clean and well run salon! I’ve been going to Christina for my nails for years before she got this salon and her quality is outstanding and she wouldn’t have anyone in the salon who’s work wasn’t as high standard as hers! Beautiful salon and really friendly and professional staff. I've been to Erin twice now who has done the loveliest nail art. Her attention to detail is insane and I've left really happy with my nails.

Really relaxed and enjoyable experience and I happily recommend them.

Added plus is the late opening hours and ability to book!

Thank you so much to all the girls at Bellezza! I’ve being going to Christina now for about 5 years and she’s the best at what she does! Such a clean and beautiful salon with friendly staff who make me feel so comfortable with new treatments etc. Very reasonable prices and always the best products used!
