Went for a new set of acrylic nails. The next day the thumb snapped off which is very disappointing. I then went back and they fixed it free of charge. However the following day all the nails started to crack in the middle and some even snapped off completely. I was in so much pain with this and ruined my natural nails underneath. This was all less than a week of having them done.Would never go back.

This morning my partner and I had a pedicure treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
In summary:
Poor cleanliness, lack of hygiene, no disposable slippers, unprofessional services, and issues with giving correct change.
This was our first and definitely our last visit.
Upon entering the salon, I was shocked by the dirt, dust, stained upholstery, and dead plants in pots. A very polite lady welcomed us and asked us to sit while waiting for the treatment, although we preferred to remain standing. Another kind staff member then took us to the treatment room, which was also unclean and, additionally, very cold.
After the pedicure, the staff member gave me someone else’s slippers and asked me to walk to the main room for nail polish application. I chose a colour and the painting began. It quickly turned out that there was only a small amount of polish left in the bottle, making it impossible to achieve even coverage. As a result, my nails are uneven and of varying thickness.
Another issue that irritated us was that my partner’s pedicure was not carried out thoroughly or according to generally accepted standards. I would like to point out that his nails were not properly trimmed, filed, or smoothed.

Went here last week but only got round to writing this now normally get to another salon but they were fully booked so thought I would give flawless a try
And all I can is the girl in here is absolutely amazing didn't caught her name but she sounds Spanish, girls in you want your nails doing on the next level on to this girl at Flawless. Definitely my new go to salon rather than American Nails

Went for an infill of builder gel with Georgia and I’m just so impressed. I have very soft damaged nails because of previous chemo treatment and sometimes it can be painful for me. Georgia was so gentle and thorough taking off the build up of product on my nails from previous salons. I would definitely go again and specifically to Georgia.

Went to get my nails done. Girl who did them was really good very happy with my nails. But I was very taken back by the male working there behind the desk his language infront of customers was disrespectful. And I won't be going again after I sat through this language from him .

Thuy and her team are all so lovely. Hadis and Georgia are the gentlest nail techs, Taylor is the quickest! If you are in a hurry, let them know otherwise just chill and enjoy the friendly, chatty atmosphere. They don't rush and you will have a lovely set of nails. Any issues, just pop back and they will always be happy to fix it.

Always spot on. The pedicure massage chairs are so great . It's a treat indeed . The nails always last and they show an interest in your colour choice and design . Great vibe ! Always a fun and lifting appointment! Great choice ! And some great talented nail technicians who can copy most designs given !

I have been having all my treatments here. From lash extensions, biab or acrylic nails and my favourite, a luxury pedicure all done here for a while now and love them. Always a professional, friendly team who make you feel very welcome. Lovely place- can highly recommend

Although I was originally excited for my nails to be done and thought the shop would be my new regular, I was left disappointed. I would like to say the ladies are lovely to start off with, but wouldn’t recommend to go.

I have been left with two fingers to be infected, one worse than the other. I have been put on antibiotics due to this. I was given a cuticle cure, which was a kind gesture but wasn’t asked for and has caused this to happen. Additionally, one of the girls had gotten acrylic on my actual finger - one of which to be infected. I’m really disappointed.
