I told the man multiple times it was hurting me when he filed my nails down, he didn’t listen and kept going so rough with me. now my nail is infected !

Been coming here consistently for 2 years however I got a fresh set 2 weeks ago of acrylics and was missing 2 nails and the girl in there was questioning me about how long I’d had them on because of the nails missing, but there was no nail growth underneath to show they were a fresh set.
2 girls proceeded to do my nails and near the end I noticed my 2 index fingers are different sizes and she said it was because of my nail bed. I have been coming this shop for a good while and never had this problem, but yet she’s a new person doing my nails and this happens. I just left the shop feeling uncomfortable asif I’d done something wrong unfortunately. Not sure I’ll be back

BIAB started lifting after 1 week - I went somewhere else the next time and it’s lasted 5 weeks without any lifting so something was done wrong here. The man doing my nails was also wiping his nose with his hand and then touching mine

lovely workers, in and out so fast as well - the prices are amazing. I 100% recommend 🩷 they are all so amazing at nail art as well - the man who did mine was amazing and very kind. No drills hit my skin either 😊

Popped in today for the first time. I am a bit of a manicure newbie but felt comfortable during my appointment. Staff were lovely and the shop was nice and clean and my nails were treated carefully. I will probably go back as I liked being able to just call in when it suits me and don't need to make an appointment.

Been in twice now for nails and toe nails done and both times have been super happy. The two young girls that performed the treatment were both brilliant. Will be coming again soon.
