Young girl came in to get her nails shortened next to me that she had done else where’s manager of shop didn’t look too happy that she went elsewhere and asked her to go back to them. The girl explained she had, had them done yesterday whilst she was in London and she had phoned to asked if they would shorten them and she was told yes for £5 as she obviously can’t go back to London. The staff tried to ask her to get her nails redone an the girl said no they are brand new she just wants them shorter as she is struggling with them an she rang first to ask, the manager took over shortened her nails didn’t seem happy at all whilst doing them whilst rushing them an then charged the girl £7 the girl wasn’t even getting done for 5 minutes. The girl said she had been going to this shop for years and only went elsewhere as she was away don’t like how the woman in the shop spoke to the girl, took more money off her than she was told in the first place especially that she is a regular customer of there’s. Treated me ok but I will second guess going back there again after how I seen one of their customers being treated.

This shop is very discriminating to blacks, i had to pay higher price than what was displayed at the price point the first time i went and when i went back she still told me i needed to pay £40 to fix acrylic when i asked why she said that is what she could do or i should pls leave her shop even when i offered to pay she opened the door and walked me out. I have never in my life felt so discriminated or abused even with my money. I called the police to get involved but was told to rather put a review because it was not a police case. Pls watch out.

I did not refuse to pay. I questioned why the price had changed from what was displayed and then clearly stated I was willing to pay the £40 you requested . Despite this, I was shouted at, other staff were told to not attend to me and go into the inner room, and I was physically shown out of the shop when the door was opened and I was asked to leave.

Being treated this way, especially after offering to pay, was distressing and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This is why I shared my experience publicly. My review reflects how the situation felt and unfolded from my perspective.

The staff here are so nice and helpful especially as it school holidays and I had take my 4 and 5 year old with me I had spa pedicure it was great my feet feel fantastic and look great . The shop had snacks and water for kids thank you so much life was made a little easy yesterday x

The worst set of nails I’ve ever had half a job and very rushed don’t care about the customer and what they want I wanted French tip but couldn’t bare to stay in the shop any longer so left with a ‘natural pink’ says £25 on board she charged me £30 the women started shouting around the shop and verbally abused me after I had payed sorry I gave them any money as the nails are terrible and I will have to pay again to get them fixed elsewhere if you want a nice service and nice nails I would avoid this place
