They do do nice nails however they ruin your real nails and when I went there they were quite rude and it does take quite a while to actually get to get your nails done so I’d say the nails are really nice but the experience getting them is not that nice

I would highly recommend Jenny doing your nails, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
I hadn't been for years and she was so lovely and professional and I felt comfortable right the way through, I will be a regular customer now. Excellent customer service and love my new nails, exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Great nail place. The pedicure is fantastic-v similar to what I’ve experienced in the US with the massage chair. I’ve had acrylics here also as well as shellac and they last forever! Definitely recommend.

Complete rip off. The guy painting my nails couldn’t do a neat job. Then has the audacity to charge nearly £40 for a slap dash job. Even though I told him that I didn’t like the way they looked. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Wasn’t seen until 45 mins after my appointment and no acknowledgment or apology from staff. They take walk ins as well as appointments and will just let anyone walk in even when they haven’t got the capacity to see them. Rude staff, kept checking her phone mid way through doing my nails and was ragging my hands everywhere. Didn’t ask if they were ok, didn’t care if I liked them or not. Worst experience in a nail shop ever do not go here !!

Sat in there for 1 hour with my daughter . Had women cuttin infront of her who came in the shop after us
Staff didn't seem to know who was on next considering there was alot of appointments
Also 1 of the staff attitude wasn't the best
So we walked out

Needless to say I won't be going back any time soon
