i came in today for a colour & it was darker than asked for & expected. i also asked for it to be straightened, i left the salon with extremely frizzy hair and my natural curls still visible on the root, alongside my head. i would honestly give less stars for that alone, but the staff are lovely & the woman doing my hair was the sweetest woman i had ever encountered. i hope she's better for future clientele, but i will not be returning for hair services unfortunately. very sorry but thank you anyway!

Maria is the best! She always goes above & beyond at each of my appointments. She will stay later, she doesn’t rush, she checks in throughout the appointment. She is very kind and friendly. When I came in for a blow dry at the same time, she kindly offered me her umbrella so my curls didn’t get wet. She will do her best to squeeze you in so you don’t miss out. Thank you Maria x
