Google They Don’t reply to messages, went in for a patch test and then got ignored, bit rude ngl, also messaged them a bit later for a hair cut, no response, they don’t answer the phone either
Owner Response:
Hi Anna,
sorry to hear you've not been able to get in contact with us. We try our best to reply to all our messages however our staff have their own private accounts on each platform aswell as salon accounts so unfortunately some do get over looked. Can you tell me what platform you have messaged on please or to which account, and could you tell me when you came for a patch test what it was for and who with so we can try and ensure this doesn't happen again in the future? Many thanks,
Pose x
