I visited this nail salon for the first time today, and I absolutely loved it! The attention to detail is impeccable, the care is gentle, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I left feeling completely pampered and will definitely be coming back. Honestly, it’s the best nail salon I’ve been to in Wallasey! Highly recommend.

I got my nails done on the 19December and they lasted one whole day and they they fell of 3 days in I was left with one when they done the drill they hurt me so bad and they said I was scared when we rang them back they said they wouldn’t do anything for us by the way nails are supposed to last 3 weeks but lasted 3 day never going back terrible so not recommend.

i went in and asked for a pink ombre acrylic but got told they didn’t have the colour. i then picked another colour which was fine with me. then the man started insulting my nails saying they were too short so i politely told him that i’ve had them done before and nothing has ever happened. we then started the process and he seemed very tense and like he didn’t want to do my nails. as my friend was also getting her nails done, she managed to get the pink i wanted and the man who was doing my nails made it out to be my fault that i let him do purple when i was told they couldn’t do that colour. during filing the nails it was very rough and even made me bleed. the nails turned out ok but personally i won’t be returning as i saw a woman come in for a nail removal and kept repeating that filing the fell off would damage her nails and wasn’t listened to. i payed £30 for nails that turned out nothing like that picture and i got them done friday 29th march, it is now sunday 7th april and i have one nail left as they have all popped off. i have never had this happen before.
