I was a walk in today and was made up yo be seen too. Lady that done my nails was really nice. I had a acrylic infil and a pedicure with shellac. So happy I have found my new nail place.

I have used Nail One for many years. Staff members are quiet and polite. Only once have I had a problem - a very minor one - and that was remedied the same day, after I called from home. I award the salon 10/10.

Nails were not as requested and very very sore after treatment
Nail tech was being closely observed by another member of staff as if he wasn’t fully qualified. Definitely not returning !!

got acrylics done here and the design was not what i asked for, came back the next day and had them redone. two have fell off already and i haven’t even had them on for a week

Went to this place asked for a full set of nails with irange tips painted on and a daisy and a smiley face and asked for my feet to be done same orange I asked the rude girl how much it would be she said 38pound so put it into there bank..went to walk out then they stopped me and said yiu hasn't paid for your feet. I said how much she said 20. I was fumin I said the other rude woman said 38 for the lot coz was made up so went in with smile on my face cone out funin 60pound down with crisp liokin nails what looks like my daughter would have. Been there twice before can't tell you all staff rude they chat about you. And they tell lies about there prices the dbsils liok like stick on nails livid honestly they make our they can do whst ever but when Simone doing your nails who is interested than you them talking down to yiu. Doesn't make yiu feel comfortable there.they lie about price

I won’t be returning to this place, my usual nail place is shut so I tried here and the man who did my nails said he couldn’t file my nails into the shape I wanted and has pushed my cuticles too far down my thumb is now swollen, red and very sore.

Had my gel nails done less than a week ago. The young lad didn't know what he was doing. He didn't remove my cuticles and my clear gel nails are bumpy and rippled. They have already started peeling off. Total waste of £15. I normally do my own and do a much better job. Won't be returning.

Absolutely ridiculous. Never ever setting foot in here again. PAID for nails and 4 days later the shellac is all peeling off, let's face it due to the staff not leaving your hands under the UV lamp long enough. A complete rip off, more expensive than any other nail shop in Birkenhead! The 3 times I've been in here I've come out fuming, but the first 2 times just thought it was an unlucky member of staff I got given.
Went back in and got made to sit and wait with a full Christmas crowd. When why should I when I'd already paid and qued 4 days earlier. Bad shop. Money grabbers! Can't believe it does so much business..pathetic!
