Most awful experience at this salon. I went for the second time this year to get holiday nails (simple square acrylic French tips). This was attempted once and removed from
One hand due to them using tips too large and filing completely wonky, the workers then swapped and he agreed that they weren’t right and removed one hand of tips and re attempting to stick tips on and reshape. After doing this and being sat in the salon for one hour, he sat back and said ‘ I am not doing your nails. I am too tired’ packed up his nail things and asked me
To leave. I am a nail technician myself in another town and I am completely shocked that this happened. I quickly left, cried and went across the road to the nail shop opposite they removed the tips the other shop had applied awfully and did my nails just as I wanted them and for less money than this salon would have asked for. Never will I go here again and I will be reporting this business to the council. (Nail files should be new per client or disinfected, the ones used in this shop were not!)

Me and my sister-in-law got our nails done here. We waited over and hour and half all together we was in the shop nearly 3 hours! . The lady who was doing another clients nails upped and left the shop not long after starting the nails leaving just the male in the shop. She arrived back 20mins after leaving. This is very unprofessional. Yes staff was polite but the service was very poor. My nails had bubbles in them and so did my sister-in-laws she also had a nail that went thinner then thicker as he had gone over it to much.. we didn’t Notice this till we left. My sister-in-law has gone somewhere else to get her nails redone and they was shocked at the poor quality… they used an ombré powder for the base instead of what they meant to use for the acrylics.. won’t be going again…
