I went to remove the peeled skin of my feet but I came back with it. I paid £45 to do this. I wish I could give zero star. I am not going back and won't recommend to go there.

Visited the shop for the first time for manicure and pedicure. They did pedicure and then I wanted to do manicure as well but they ignored and straight away did nail extensions. When asked they simply said it will cost me more. When I spent so much I could have spent some more. It’s just that they didn’t have intention to do or were just lazy. Really poor service and not very friendly.

I am vey disappointed with the service and won’t recommend this place.

Had my nails done here on the spur of the moment. Was very happy with the care, time taken and the final results. Got home and saw some reviews and was concerned. However, I can honestly say that my manicure was the best I've had to date. Thank you.

I have been using this nail salon for a few years now. They always provide a professional service. I have had manicures, nail extensions and gel pedicures and I always feel the staff provide a very good service. They are very friendly and the service never feels rushed. A few times I have been caught with the drill accidentally, which has caused a bit of blood but the staff do try to be careful when they realise. Nails last a very long time, excellent service. Good value for money. Calming environment.

Came here today to this salon for the first time to get my acrylic nails removed and the service was very disappointing. I was the only customer in there and the two staff members were not very friendly or polite. The job they did was not of very good quality, the man was very rough when using the electric nail file and did not even shape my nails after cutting them, he just left them sharp and rigid. They also do not take cash and made me leave my mobile phone in the shop whilst I went to get cash. The service overall was very shocking and was definitely not worth the £15 I paid. I will definitely not be returning to this salon and will be advising others not to.

I got my nails done here for £40 not even a week ago and there already falling off and one of my nails broke in half.I am fuming and wanting a refund.They also barely speak english and can only do simple designs but fair enough i guess.Overall my experience there wasnt the best and i wont go again i wouldn’t recommend.

Had my nails done here today but will not go back again some of the nails are too long and looking like a parrot, he could not do the nail art I asked so I told him to put glitter he said with the nail art and gliter would cost me £40.00 but because he could not do the design I asked I thought would be cheaper ,I have never paid so much to have my nails done and be so unhappy with them, very disappointed
