I done my nails Lady cut my 1 finger nail very short then others when ive complain she wouldn't listen ive done it before her husband did it it was nice that why I went again I wouldn't let that lady do my nails she was abit rude no customer skills I wouldn't recommend this nail salon

I called to see if they could fit me in for an infill. The gentleman on the phone said £28. When I went to make the payment, the lady said £33. I explained that her husband said £28, and she said it was because my nails were long. My nails look bumpy, and the finish is poor. I won't be going there again.

I had my nails done for my holiday and just over 3 weeks ago. They are absolutely amazing. They need infills but they have not lifted or needed any repair. Highly recommend.

This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. The staff first said they couldn’t do pearl chrome as they didn’t have the materials. Which is fine so I opted for a simple pink. The therapist started by doing my nails before soaking my feet to remove hard skin, which, as a trained nail technician, I know is not standard practice. The nail technician then balanced my foot on a BIN while cutting my nails, making it impossible for me to see the shape or how they were being filed. That’s clearly not normal. When I finally saw the result, my nails were filed at an angle. I kindly asked for this to be corrected and for the toenails to be even in length, but they still weren't and as a result I couldn’t keep any length and have extremely short nails for my taste.

For the pedicure, I requested that they file by hand because my feet are sensitive and can't handle a blade. The staff was incredibly rude and refused, which I understand—hand filing requires skill, and it's easier to use a blade. However, the final result of the polish application itself was disgraceful. As someone who came here expecting a treat, I was extremely disappointed with the service, the poor colour selection, and the subpar quality of the pedicure.

I had to ask the technician to fix so many things that the experience became more stressful than relaxing. The nail polish was not applied cleanly with a crisp finish and actually bled onto my cuticle. Which to no surprise I had to ask to be fixed. Overall - if you have high standards and enjoy pedicures that enhance your appearance and make you feel better than you did coming in, don't bother coming here.

Terrible nails and poor customer service. Couldn’t take me pointing out poor shaping and terminated the nails half way. If you require quality nails, don’t go here.
