Had BIAB for the first time after chemotherapy as nails left very weak and wanted to strengthen them. I went to get removed after 3 weeks and they were reluctant as a Saturday. Although one technician brought out soaking solution to use she was told not to use it and another filed the BIAB off and at one point ripped some of it off my nail. My nails have since been very sore and splitting. I have since learnt this was an incorrect way of removal, therefore I wouldn’t trust this nail salon again.

Never been, not used to it either,was on time but 20 mins later,i nearly walked out. I was attended to, not by one but eventually by 2,one started off then another finished. A thorough job done, and my nails look lovely. As a nurse I can't have long or coloured nails, so Any chance I get I'm in. But not happy with time, expected to be done by approx 3.45 as suggested on booking not 4.15.

Walked in got told thay were fully booked so left called them 10 minutes later and thay told me to come in thay was available think it comes down to if thay like the look of you

The staff here are so lovely and up for a chat, and the nail art was so reasonably priced and well done. 1 week in and my nails are still perfect. I’ve been renovating and moving furniture and I don’t have any chips at all. So happy and will be back!

Been coming here on and off for a few years now. I like what they are trying to achieve - it’s a lovely salon with sweets and complimentary drinks, but unfortunately having to wait 30-40 mins for a technician to be free after I booked way in advance on 3 separate occasions rather takes the shine out of it. When I finally sat down and was attended to, I was greeted abruptly and was told I couldn’t have a certain colour on my nails which was baffling,, so went with what they said. Then, during the process my cuticles were cut down so severely it hurt and my nails were shaped into a square shape when I asked for oval! My little fingers and thumb have been throbbing for over a week since I visited the salon. Not good at all. Stop packing people in to generate more cash - this results in people waiting for long periods of time and staff getting frustrated. The atmosphere is tense - not the relaxing experience/ environment it should be. This salon could be great if they focused on customer service first, rather than lining their pockets - it’s become a conveyor belt service which is such a shame.

Honestly disappointing I’ve never left bad feedback but late for my appointment sat waiting for a while the girl was lovely but left with the colour around my nails , didn’t trim my cuticles and charged £40 for a short set with tip colour definitely won’t be returning again

Hanna is absolutely brilliant! She has done some beautiful nail designs for me, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always friendly and very helpful to make sure I'm comfortable(I'm a wheelchair user) thank you!
Another lovely experience today (3-9-25). Hanna has done a great job again today, she is very patient with me when I'm not sure what design I want. Thanks again Hanna!

Terrible service and did not do the nails I wanted, also kept standing up and go on her phone without any explanation or apologies. Instead of applying the extensions at the tip of the nails, they have been glued at the middle of the nails and therefore there are gaps between my natural nail and the extensions.

Another perfect set of acrylics! my daughter has been twice now and the designs get more complicated each time, and the results are never anything less than perfect! we will be back soon for our holiday nails 💅
