★★☆☆☆

I have been a loyal customer here for years and have always booked appointments in advance, so it is with real reluctance that I'm leaving this review. Over my last four visits, I have had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes past my appointment time on each occasion. I didn't say anything at first, as these things happen, but unfortunately it has become a consistent pattern.

I genuinely value the service here, which makes this all the more disappointing. However, I also value my time, and I no longer feel I can justify continuing to return. I hope this is something the salon is able to address, as I'm sure I'm not the only one affected.

Came here just before new years to have toes done as a walk in. Service was ok and polite but my polish has not lasted at all where as at other places it doesn’t come off at all just grows out. Won’t be returning due to this

Today I went to Just Nails for first time after trying to find a right place for nails and the service was good and better than I was expected . The girl who did my nails was really nice and she did a good job. Definitely I will come back again.

I was visiting my family in Birstall in Leicester and I booked for a pedicure and Gel polish. Rav did my toes, she was amazing the treatment she gave me was amazing. I felt like I was on holiday in a different part of the world. The last time I had such treawment was in Kenya on holiday. She didnt rush, took her time! Loved it. Thank you

I had a pedicure with gel nails and my daughter had the same but also had acrylics. They are gorgeous 😍 The girls are very professional and talented and have hundreds of polishes to choose from. For me the only niggle was that they started our treatments 30 minutes late. This however would not stop me from going again. One of the best nail salons we have ever used. ❤️
2 years on and still getting my nails done here. Maggie and the girls are amazing and the salon is so friendly

I’ve been coming to this nail salon every 3–4 weeks, and the service is consistently excellent! The staff are all professional, friendly, and really take pride in their work. The owner is absolutely amazing — she goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued. Customer service is always on point. Highly recommend!

This nail salon is very busy and hot. I had called to book and was reassured of a time and told treatment would last an hour and a half. When I got there I found they were not running to time and a lady waiting next to me had been waiting an hour and a half for pre-booked appointment. A further disappointment when another lady walked in they offered her an appointment within the hour...please avoid, I left extremely disappointed. Left me in a situation where couldn't have my nails done. They should have just said when I called that they were fully booked or turned walkins away. Btw there are some lovely nail salons around the corner with air conditioning, reasonable prices and lovely customer service.
