I went in to have a full set of acrylic nails removed, which I had originally had done there. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor from start to finish. The person who previously did my nails did not seem to understand English, so my request was not carried out as asked.

When I returned to have the acrylics removed, the man doing the removal was extremely rough and careless. He was filing so aggressively that he actually filed into the skin of my nail bed, now causing constant pain and discomfort. He even proceeded to ask me to soak the nail in acetone so he can carry on removing but I refused to and removed around the injury at home. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards.

I have been coming to this nail bar for years. The staff are always so accommodating and friendly. I work in Coalville and I don’t finish until 6pm so I don’t get there until late in the evening. Even though they close at 7pm they have always stayed opened later for me. My nails always last for at least 3 weeks, if not longer! I’ve loved every set of nails I have had from there, 10/10 would recommend!

I was told a 5 minute wait but ended up waiting half an hour, kept randomly getting up during my nails and didn’t try to talk to me but i’m happy with my nails

I and my family come here a lot and genuinely the people are so incredibly kind and I’m always absolutely in love with my nails and they always last me the 3 weeks before I get an infill.

Would give 0 star if I could. Booked for 4 people today as a birthday present for my niece! Arrived place packed no spaces available sat waiting for 40 minutes and not a single one of us has been served. Had to walk out. Disgraceful
