The ladies are friendly and very polite. However they are threading specialists and nothing more. The general standard of everything else was very poor. And no privacy as it is such a tiny place. Having a top lip waxed while a young man is sat just behind me was not acceptable!

Been to this place before and have always highly recommended but after today I wouldn’t book again. Brow tint, wax and trim. Left with one side higher than other. The trim on the brows isn’t level across the tops at all. Some parts are lot longer and higher than the others, they just don’t sit level at all.

I have been going here for years but after today, never again.
Asked for an eyebrow tidy up, left with one higher than the other and not enough left to go elsewhere and attempt to fix. Explained i wasn't happy, for the owner (that knows me and knows I have been regular for years) saying she had never seen me before so doesn't know what my eyebrows were like when I walked in. 🤨
Don’t risk it people.

I visited for a Hollywood wax.
The lady was beyond amazing with customer service and reassurance.
She insisted on areas I was nervous about and directed me to help her give me the smoothest, pain free wax… even in the intricate places! not a hair left nor did I feel embarrassed.
Clean, hygienic, professional people.

Went today for the first time, had a half leg and underarm wax. Two lovely ladies did the waxing, and genuinely the best wax i’ve ever had. The tiny hairs that sometimes get left over are gone too as one of the ladies did some threading. The only time i’ve ever had a wax and genuinely been hairless after ✨ Such good treatment and so cheap compared to other places, I will definitely be returning

They rush the eyebrows and are quite rude in there. Definitely don’t recommend
More places which are cheaper and take care and time with eyebrows nearby.
