Dropped in today no appointment and they helped straight away.
I recently had surgery and am unable to use or move my left hand and arm, which has left my nails long and jagged.
All I need was a simple cut and file and was great and helpful, and was really gentle doing left hand as well. Really good service and would fully recommend thank you so much all 😊

I had infills with gel colour on top. Really lovely salon. Quick service. All the staff were really polite and the man who did my nails took the time to talk to me and chat. He listened to my needs and did exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning.

I have been to Julia nails twice, the first set of builder gel I had looked amazing and I was really happy with the outcome however on my second visit I wasn’t allowed the nude colour I wanted due to having a dark red on beforehand and apparently it would show up underneath even though there was no red left on the nail. I’ve never been to a nail salon where they’ve not been able to change my colour to a basic nude so I left with colour I didn't particularly want or like now. When painting it looks like they have flooded the nail bed with paint and I was left with 2 fingers bleeding. I wouldn’t rush back.

Got a removal and new set of acrylics done here today. My fingers are sliced up from where she kept catching my finger with the electric file, the French tip is awful, so thick, and they have left acetone to dry up all over my fingers. Also every time I flinched because she caught my finger she just laughed and said oops sorry. Paid £40 to get bleeding and sore fingers 😍

Poor service. Biab nails started to peel off after two days. (Usually 3-4 weeks) Went back to get them re done and they tried to charge me. Was made to feel it was my fault and was shouted at in front of a room of people by female owner. Was very upsetting and stressful and I felt scared leaving the shop. Have also experienced the male owner shouting at customers before. Will not be returning.

I went last week to have my gel nails removed. Although the staff initially seemed friendly, the service felt incredibly rushed despite there being no one waiting. The technician was careless with the electric file and left multiple, multiple cuts around my cuticles, which still hurt a week later. However, the sweets at the desk were a plus. Very disappointing experience - I won’t be returning.

The worst experiance ever ! The man in charge was shouting at me when i told him he was drilling through mynatural nail i reluctantly put myhand down and he did it worse ..the pain !! Acrylic nail glue dripped down finger i got up tp9 leave as i was tearful anhd he physically grabbed me and push mje back in the chair .
Now I have an infected nail .. infectedl horrific experiance 0 / 10

It’s my first time having my nails done here and im extremely impressed. All the staff was so incredibly helpful and kind, and they did a phenomenal job on my nails. I’m so so happy with them, and they look so clean and well done. The price wasn’t too bad either! They were very gentle but fast, so it didn’t take up too much time. I will definitely be going there again. Amazing!
