Either she’s mistaken my nail studio or this is just her hobby; given the list of other reviews she’s left random businesses, it seems Lisa is out there to dismantle small, local businesses. Ignore! There’s a complete contrast in Lisa’s made up review to every other review left here.

Shivani is the best nail tech !! She is extremely consistent with her attention to detail and makes sure she spends the time needed to prep your nails properly. I am always 100% happy with my nails which I never was with other nail techs. She is so lovely and chatty too and it just feels like catching up with a friend each time I see her!

I cannot recommend enough! Shivani is a perfectionist and you can see how much effort and care she puts in to create the best finish. I had BIAB from another salon and the finish was uneven, blocky and thick but with Shivani, the finish was 10/10 and it did not budge until my next appointment which was 4 weeks after.

I have never had a manicure before so thought long and hard before booking at elite. I looked at her work for a very long time before I committed to an appointment and never saw a single set I didn’t think was polished clean and natural.
When I went to get them done, Shivani was warm, friendly and professional and understood what I wanted and how to work together to get it to my perfect set (with a little hard work from her part and consistency on mine). I trust her and would definitely recommend
