Went in today for the first time and asked for 12 minutes. I was literally laughed at and told no you can do 6 (which would have been fine if I wasn’t laughed at!). No details were taken and I was not registered (this usually happens every time I go to a new sunbed shop). I was then put on a sunbed which was out of order but told it was fine. After my 6 minutes I went to leave and was stopped from leaving and asked did I clean the bed. I said no sorry (again it was my first time here, I hadn’t been told I needed to spray down the beds as every other sunbed shop I’ve been too has trained people to sanitise properly), then was very rudely told to get back in the cubicle to clean it. Even my parter was shocked at the way I was spoken to, it was as if there was an issue right from the start. Very strange!

This is my favourite tanning salon in Leicester. The staff are super friendly. There's never a particularly long wait. The machines are very decent. The decor is nice. It's easy to park. I genuinely go out of my way to come here. Very highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning! I adore my nails. I had a wonderful time today. I felt more like I'm at a friend's place rather than a salon - loved it. The staff is very polite and friendly - I was treated more like a friend rather than just a customer. I would definitely visit again.
