I asked Emma to do a style for my Mum who was in hospital and she said she was had availability, but subsequently when I tried to call her back to confirm, she was unavailable and didn’t answer my messages. Needless to say she never turned up. This kind of ignorant, selfish behaviour and poor manners would rule her out for further consideration, if I were you!
