I had a really great experience at Superdrug thanks to Khadija B. She was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I approached her. She took the time to listen to what I needed and gave really useful advice, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for.

What stood out most was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help. She was patient, knowledgeable about the products, and made the whole shopping experience much more enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great customer service.

Staff members like Khadija B make a big difference, and Superdrug is lucky to have her on the team. I’ll definitely be happy to return knowing there are such helpful and welcoming staff available.

I would like to leave a 5-star review for Cathy at your Deepdale Preston store in the Health Clinic Department.

I was looking to travel to India (Goa) in January 2026, I was conscious that the dates were almost imminent. I had a phone conversation to confirm my appointment and Cathy immediately put me at ease to discuss my travel plans. I advised her of my severe needle phobia. I arrived early to my first appointment to give myself enough time to feel comfortable, the appointment was a complete breeze. I have NEVER felt to at ease before having injections, I didn't cry, didn't get nervous shakes and felt like I'd finally put on my 'big girl pants' aged nearly 30!

We decided to split each injection over the Christmas period to give me chance to recover. I actively looked forward to my appointments and our chats. Cathy made me feel like a weight had been lifted, there was no more anxiety and it was like a spa day (almost!). Plus I booked the holiday! I will be forever grateful to Cathy for her time and patience.

Cathy was a true professional, empathetic, and took the time I needed to make me feel at ease. She turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Please pass on my sincere thanks to her and her manager, she is an asset to the brand.

Purchased a Perfumers Choice spray which is Superdrug’s own product. I’ve bought them in the past for my brother and had no issues but I bought one last week online and within two days it stopped spraying. Took it back to the shop and got it swapped and within three days the same thing happens again, it stopped spraying. There’s obviously a fault with some of them and when taking it back for the second time they won’t swap it and said there’s nothing they can do. With Superdrug’s own products they advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee which means they should have still sorted it out for us because it’s faulty and their own product. So you spend your money on a faulty item and they won’t do anything about it. Pretty disappointed but not surprised.

Would give minus stars if I could. Been having my eyebrows done here for a while now but the last 3 times have been a let down. Today being the final straw. Not only has the girl done them uneven again but she had also cut my skin leaving it very sore. Couldn't even go back to have them rectified as they were too sore to even touch! Won't be going again

Poor customer service. Young rude female at the perfume counter/check out wearing a head set did not acknowledge me as I handed my purchases over to be paid for I said hello. Too busy chatting to her friend on the head set, non work related. Suggest install a self service check out if it is too much bother for staff to acknowledge customers.

I wish there was a minus star to give to the shop head manager (Mr Greg) for his customer service.

I had my nail done in 3rd October to go on my holiday on 4th October.I had asked the nail artist to do the best to have a qualified and long term nail. I had my nails come off from 5th October. When I came back from holiday, I straight went to shop on 28th October , the store manager made me go around a circle for a week by telling me that head manager will come back next week. Finally,on 3rd attempt I could have the head manager who was not friendly at all. He was trying to blame me for broken nail instead of making me happy as a customer happy. I would call his team not friendly at all and they are professional to act against the customer by not being friendly and flexible to me as customer.Greg did his best for making excuses that the policy is gone on your service ( but I was on holiday and away), even I had a Live Photo of proving that the nails came off , again he blamed me that I could break my nails by my activates!!!!! And so onnn.
It does not make sense that you pay for nails then you break them on holiday!!!!
Finally, I was passed to the customer service to send my complaint. That was that!!
