Have been going for over 5 years and have referred so many of my friends and family to this shop, staff are always lovely and no my nails exactly like what I ask (usually a photo) went yesterday with my sister in law, amazing time, amazing service, amazing prices 🫶✨🫶✨

Poor. Have been here a few times. More expensive than other local places, not very friendly, nails are done better elsewhere, often a wait. Tried to stick with it, as it was the closest place to me - but won’t return again after today.

3 of us walked in on a Sat afternoon with no appointment and we were serviced quickly. I am from the States and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the service as well as how fast they attended to everyone in the shop. They do have multiple people work on you, which in my opinion makes the process faster. I absolutely love my nails! The shape, and color 😍
I would also say they are very reasonably priced. Thank you so much! I wish you had s shop in Florida that offers the same quality of service.

Shocking service - waiting for 1hour 20 minutes didn’t want to do what I asked for -kept telling me no , and only had 2 colours . But didn’t tell me this until after waiting - didn’t shape my toes - had to ask for that which I felt a pain for . Didn’t understand what I was asking for which was a simple request . Never again . Very rude too

Nails ok but hygiene is non existent. No tools are sterilised/sanitised between clients. You may have 3 different staff members doing your nails and they do not wash their hands when moving between clients. On my last visit my technician left me mid treatment to do two pedicures and never washed their hands on return. All nail clippings and dust from the previous client is swept onto the floor behind the counter with the brush used to dust your hands and they all walk in it! No tools/brushes/counter top is cleaned before a new client. You are covered in other people's nail clippings from the minute you sit down. No skin test done for eye tinting treatments either and that is a legal requirement.
Don't know how they continue to trade, obviously they've never been inspected.
