Such a nice place and Charlotte! The nail and pedicure technician was incredibly kind and very attentive to detail. I can be quite a demanding client because I notice everything, but she genuinely made an effort to make me happy and comfortable with every little detail.

First time of going to charose beauty and I was very happy with the way my eyebrows were tinted and waxed they look amazing.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Charlotte absolutely deserves one. I felt so comfortable and at ease, not always the case for guys visiting a beauty salon. But charlottes garden room isnt daunting at all. Charlotte is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does.

She took time to explain the treatment and answered any questions I had. Thank you so much, I felt so relaxed and de stressed after leaving the salon. Great de-stress back neck and shoulder massage.
