My wife went here recently and was left absolutely humiliated by a staff member whilst having her hair washed. She raised her experience at the time and afterwards.

Bookings are paid in advance, so despite admitting their ‘human error’, a refund request was declined. Over £50 paid to be left feeling awful at a salon - all witnessed by staff! Only a ‘complimentary massage’ was offered, which after being left feeling this way, why would anyone wish to return for this!

Really poor all round, the experience here has been worsening over time and after years of going, my wife will never return.

If you want to experience an indoor water park in a salon, head here, otherwise look elsewhere for a salon that values its customers and can accept responsibility for mistakes, dealing with them appropriately should they occur.

I’ve tried various facials, but I always come back to the Ultimate Frozen Facial with Vicky because it leaves my skin feeling plump, refreshed, and glowing. I’ve had so many compliments on my skin since starting these treatments that I’ve now booked the course of six, which is excellent value — especially with the free products included to use between facials.

The team are always friendly and professional and the salon has a lovely relaxing feeling.
Emma is the best hairstylist in Leyland. I know that when she cuts my hair it always falls into place and I take that as a sign of an excellent cut. The highlights are very natural looking and look great. See you at my next appointment.

Phee was fantastic with my daughter Gabby. Gabbys 15 and suffers badly with anxiety and up until recently was homeschooled. She recently went back into school and these treatments were a treat for her as she’s come so far and is doing so well. So it was lovely to have such a warm and friendly lady like phee carry out Gabbys facial and eyebrow shaping. She made gabby feel very relaxed. Gabbys very happy with the results and I can’t thank you enough. I was also offered a brew whilst I waited and I have to say the seating area in treatments section is very very comfortable.
