I recently visited and unfortunately had quite an uncomfortable experience. During my visit, there were two very young children in the salon (who was the workers children). They looked no older than around 4 and 6 years old. What concerned me was that they were not being properly supervised. Many times they were not even inside the salon and were wandering outside, as far as two or three shops away from the nail bar, without anyone watching them.

When the older girl came back into the salon, she was spoken to very abruptly and told to do small tasks and jobs, which was quite awkward and uncomfortable to watch. Children of that age shouldn’t be expected to hang around a workplace all day, doing jobs and not being properly supervised.

Overall, this made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it didn’t feel like a very safe or appropriate environment.

Very welcoming and friendly staff initially, however felt very pressured to leave a review; the person doing my nails physically handed me my phone telling me to do it. I thought the nails looked beautiful but once a few days have passed I have noticed a few disappointing factors; the tips aren’t on straight, don't feel very strong at all, the edges are rough and the design (tips) isn't even on all nails. Very disappointing!

honestly their really rude, dishonest, aggressive and dirty. I came in for an infill, which later changed to full set removal which is fair enough because she said my nails were damaged. I asked how much a removal would be she said 40 pounds. When the man started doing my nails after being left soaking in a bowl for 30 minutes he was aggressive pulling my fingers and pushing the other ones away rudely. As he was painting them he painted my pinky and then my thumb when he was painting my thumb my pinky was stuck in his jacket and the polish smudged after that he was really angry telling me to careful and when i asked him to repeat himself because i couldn’t understand because he barley spoke english be demanded i take my head phones out. He then told me it would cost 45 pounds when i said the first lady (who wasn’t rude) quoted 40 they started arguing and talking about me the lady was telling him to stop and he slammed his hands, very unprofessional. I payed the 40 pounds in the end because of student discount when it really should’ve been 36. My nails are now sore from the over filling they did with dirty tools which where used on the person before me with no cleaning. i presume they have been used of hundreds of people. It was the man with yellow bleached hair. Very dirty and unprofessional place i wouldn’t recommend.

I was skeptical about coming here due to the reviews but I got my biab nails done and I’m very very happy with them. The lady asked me through out if I was happy with them and she was efficient. Only thing I’ll say negative is the shop is outdated and plug sockets stuck to wall with cello tape desk areas weren’t clean it needs a revamp but other than that happy with the service

Clearly not clean devices they use or they use cheap products as I’ve come up with an allergic reaction. Also so so bad at nail art this design looks nothing like what I asked for (they charged me £45 for this set!! Ridiculous) . Save your money, please. Go to princess nails instead- they never disappoint.
