LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail bar. I recently moved to this area and needed a new nail salon. Very responsive to appointment messages, and I really like how they are friendly and call you up to the chair by name. Not only that, but they remember stuff you talked about at previous appointments and ask you about it next time, I really like that personal touch because you don't normally get that from busy town centre salons.

My first appointment I was undecided what to get, and the lovely dark haired woman who sits on the far left of the salon (i'm so sorry i've forgotten her name) was super patient with me and said "let me show you some of our pretty cat eye polishes" and I got this gorgeous purple with a gold shift, and she had me in absolute stitches during the whole appointment telling me about doing her mothers nails. My second appointment with another girl I got this lovely light grey hombre (which the girl custom mixed for me to get the right shade!) with silver chrome 3d art. This girl simply looked at the reference photo and created it on the spot like magic! So so talented. Also after applying the acrylic, she then filed each nail by hand without a drill to get such a precise shape. They really care about quality. So reasonably priced for the quality service you get. I've found my new nail bar. Won't go anywhere else now. And I promise i'll learn all your names at my next appointment!

booked an appointment the week before xmas, had to wait an hour past my slot to be seen. Nails were really rushed due to overbooking clients so were done messily and were left really weak and flimsy, and previous shellac wasn’t properly removed before reapplication so was left with dark green corners. corners were also missed on a few nails + messy french tips and stars. also left with two nails bleeding. tech tried to say the poor job was because of the colour of red i had selected.

after contacting them, the nail bar were happy to fix + really happy with how the design came out this time (first picture) but only after a couple of days the corners have chipped off, one of the nails is split completely in half vertically + they have so many chips. never had such a bad experience with nails, especially after having to travel back to the salon to get them fixed in the first place, for them to still not last more than a few days.

I recently got a full set done at this nail shop, and I would give it 10 stars if I could! The staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. Unlike other salons, we had fun chatting and laughing together. They really helped me pick a base color that suits my skin tone perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
